Mark that Tele looks supoib, well smart...! It came out great.
Here's a parts Tele thats not really a monster, but slowly getting there...
- Nice clay dot medium jumbo fretted neck, with 60s transition logo.
- Mojo pickups mini hum size gold foil in neck position
- DiMarzio Pre-B1 bridge pickup, a "monster" pickup, so loud!
- MJT thinline body (though thinking of swapping out for something solid and ash)
- Prototype pickguard with wider spaced knob and switch placement. Why did Fender make the volume pot and switch so close, especially in the bridge position?

To the ones missing the point, this thread was supposed to be about heavily modified Teles.

man, these are so great! I love the "fuck convention" aspect of a modified tele. I dunno what I think is cooler, modifying them to no end, or keeping them looking super stock and vanilla, and throwing a set of BK piledrivers in there and going full thrash mode haha.

So on-trend with the gold foil. But seriously, this is awesome. I love the guard with the improved spacing.mijmog wrote:Mark that Tele looks supoib, well smart...! It came out great.

ah, the dutchman I think you should be banned from posting this guitar in the future. It's bad enough that there is only one in existence, you don't have to shove it in our faces all the timeMaggieo wrote:Not quite a Tele, but perfect for OSG:
