They're Eastwood Phase 4 humbuckers. They sound great in this guitar.

Re: post your MONSTER TELES!
Hello,
I've finaly reassembled my pretty beat up Tele with some changes here and there. So it's a Squier CV50 body with a Squier CV 60 neck. One CTS volume knob, PU's are a Squier Mascis Jazzmaster neck pickup whithout its cover, stuck under a MiniHB routed pickguard with some foam under it. In the bridge that's the original CV 50 one.
I've always wanted to try the "in series" wiring in the middle position and my gosh what a revelation ! Love the sound.
I'm a "neck pickup only" guy but I must admit that the sparkles the bridge PU brings is what I missed every time, whatever the neck pickup I tried (except for an original WRHB).
That thing GROWLS !!!
Cheers

This thinline is the new monster in town.
I really wish the body wasn't relic'd, but the price was right.

What's the neck on those? I'm somewhat "searching" for a maple-cap Tele-neck for a project.Maggieo wrote: The more I play JB, the more I like him:
Anyway:
Squier CV Custom body, neck replaced by one from a Fender Classic '50 Telecaster (bought it with a faulty trussrod, a shimwasher fixed the issue), pickups replaced by GFS '63 set (amazing pickups for the money). Might do something more extreme with it, like a goldfoil, Filtertron,Dynasonic or Charlie Christian in the neck position.
Fender Classic '60, pickups replaced by Seymour Duncan Antiquity II's. Strung with LaBella flatwounds. My go-to soul/R'nB guitar, as it's an instant STAX-sound.

Needs some TLC and cleaning still, but here's Fudge.
A loveable Mutt from the 80s, homebrew quartersawn ash (methinks) body, toploader bridge, Maxon Pickups, neck probably from a lawsuit strat. Had a really dodgy Fender decal, which I've removed, and slightly regret doing so.
