Preferably 300dpi.FUZZ_KING wrote:What should we use? 200-300 DPI?Jay wrote: Are you planning on having this printed? If so, most of these photos are not going to have enough pixels to print well.
Jay, I'm hunting around for good guitars first, then when I've made a desicion I'm PMing the owners in the hope that they still have the originals on their HD.
I've a horrible feeling that the Jag you & I suggested doesn't belong on the forum. I know someone has a Jag with dots but I really like the Blocks & matching headstock with mint/parchment guard.
Typically aswell I've just got freelance work till Friday so I can't spend as much time on this as I'd liked. In all honesty though, once the layout is worked out (which it more or less is) its fairly easy to add the images.

Depends on the type of paper you're printing on and the printing process. Typically you don't need any more then 300 but less may be acceptable. So let's say 250px, a 5x7 needs 1250x1750 but a few of the images posted are like 600px at the most.

Surely 300dpi is enough. The images that have already been sent to me (Zhiv & Luau) are fine. They can be used for the far background without appearing too pixelated.Jay wrote: Depends on the type of paper you're printing on and the printing process. Basically any original digital photo jpg should do the trick.
As for the type of paper/printing process, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
I'm gonna make all 12 pages available as a PDF file for anyone who wants them. They can do what they want with them from there.
It would be nice to get a full calendar printed. We'll see how I get on..........

Oh... I got tons of pics on the hard drive.
Lots and lots of eBay photos by the pool, all manner of offsets...
Including the hi-res originals of these.

Doug, I think you need to put all those pics you mentioned in to a .zip file and upload them to Megaupload.com for us...
