This is the most beautiful Jaguar I've ever seen in person. Don't know what it is. I think it's the matching headstock that puts it over, for me. It's just the most perfect Jag.

The patina on it is perfect, I agree.
White with tort on a vintage Jag has always been "the" look to me. Kind of like the cornflakes motto, the original and best, and this one has aged to perfection for sure.

Weird, I saw that one on Instagram the other day and had a dream about it!

I weirdly missed it on IG, but went into the shop in person today and immediately fell in love

aged olympic white with tort is my new favorite look!
Buying another guitar will not make me a better guitar player. I was wrong; I bought another guitar and now I'm boss.

Oh yeah, I have a soft spot in my heart for aged, original Olympic White and tortoise guards. (they mention vinyl in the ad, but it looks nitrate to me)
My '65 has way more wear, checking and a bit more yellowing. I adore the thing though. I think I would have to consider it the best old Fender that I've ever owned. I love that time period for Jaguars ('64-early '65).

Oooohhhhhhhh...yeah.
New oly is nothing to get excited about - and the really custard yellows just... egh... not my thing...
but the ones that age to that beautiful, rich creamy colour...
Lovely jags.

That's a beauty. I agree, an nicely yellowed Oly with tort is the best. A classy combo.

That's a real beauty. Totally agree that modern OLY looks boring, but vintage can look stellar. Good catch!!!
