Smash-proof guitar

This is really stupid, but I think the manufacturing is incredible.

Completely agree. I don't care for smashing guitars, nor for Yngwie himself, but the build of that guitar was cool as hell. I liked the aesthetics of it with all the little grooves around the edge. Very science fiction-y. Seeing all the hard work those people put into it. I definitely couldn't have attempted smashing it.

Considering it was made by people who don't seem to know a lot about guitars it doesn't look half bad.

Never been a fan of scalloped fretboards but the guitar looks surprisingly good, has an EGC vibe to it especially with that polished neck.

I don’t like Yngwie, but that’s what I mean when I’m telling the „no innovation“ tale in all those „look how Fender has cut wood to a slightly different shape and re-arranged some other parts“ threads: THIS is what I want to see. These people are the true innovators, using today’s technology to create something new.

As someone who frequently travels via aircraft, I see real-world practical applications for this.

I still hate the whole gear-smashing thing.
Lame, lost whatever impact it had the second time someone did it.

cool guitar though.
excellent use of modern manufacturing tech.

kinda wish they had come up with their own shape.
I blame Yngwie.
(Christopher, also)
I've been to one World's Fair, a picnic, and a rodeo, and that's the stupidest thing i ever heard come out a pair of headphones.

The idea is cool, but I think aluminium guitars have been hard to smash for quite a while, no ?
I'd like to see someone try to handle an Obstructures guitar like that...

At least their design is waaay less derivative, and they really look like mean, unbreakable tools.
