Looks good, but I'm going to hold out for the Modern Player Vintera Jaguar Classic with the two humbuckers and the TOM bridge.
Humbuggies on a Jaguar??? You've changed, Larry ;D

I doubt this will sway anyone's opinion much, but pau ferro makes for a wonderful fingerboard. I am very impressed with the pau ferro on my fretless bass, where a fingerboard really is important unlike a lot of guitars.

I love Pau Ferro boards. I have guitars with all the more common fretboard wood, including Laurel, and unless I consciously feel for it, the colour is the only difference that is apparent. Which is why most guitarists don’t like PF, the orange tint is not neutral enough a colour to go well with all body colours.

According to Andertons these are offered as "vintage" (7.25 radius, traditional pickups) and "modified" (9.5 radius, hotter pickups). That's a pretty cool effort. Would love to see that IMB Jazzy in person.

It looks like the "modified" ones are classic player spec?

So there is a "Modified" series of something that only just came into existence?

That's the good thing about corporate jargon bullshit, none of it means anything, you can call anything anything you dream of.
Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

Now that Squier isn't using it anymore, they might as well make a third Vintera series called Vintage Modified. Vintera Vinmod. I think that guy used to play for QPR.

Well we have Classic Vibe and Player series, and Vintage Modified is gone, so it makes sense to rebrand Classic Player, Classic Lacquer and Modern Player to something else. Vintera & Vintera Modified isn't that confusing a concept to grasp.
