your guitar is likely EX1
before adjusting the truss rod, loosen the strings. then adjust the rod, small amount each time. after small adjustments, tighten and re-tune strings and check their height. Distance from strings to fret is called 'Action' in english.
Suggest you search in Russian for "Truss Rod Adjustment" for better help.
