Reverend Guitars Experiences
Any Reverend owners on here?
What are your opinions on their guitars?
Looking for a bolt on neck rock machine.
Cheers.

Re: Reverend Guitars Experiences
Funny this topic comes up now! Just a few days ago I stumbled over a shop nearby having a Reverend Trickshot which really intrigued me. I haven't yet been able to try it out, but my research indicates a good reputation for the brand. They have a lot on offer, and here in Germany I've never seen one in person.

Re: Reverend Guitars Experiences
Every one I've played so far has been really well put together and felt great. I haven't felt compelled to buy one personally because they aren't aesthetically to my taste, but I absolutely wouldn't turn my nose up at having to play one in a pinch. The necks are always really nice and all the hardware is rock solid. You're also starting to see a lot more of them turn up in the hands of pros, so that's always a good sign.
And you find out life isn't like that

Re: Reverend Guitars Experiences
Currently own a Sensei (24.75", set) and a Flatroc (25.5", bolt), both with Bigsbys and Revtrons, along with a hardtail Jetstream 290.
I've also owned another Flatroc (sold it in favour of my current, sparklier Flatroc), a Jetstream 390 (can't hang with a Strat trem) and a Warhawk RT (felt tiny/I'm huge).
They're excellent instruments. Need nothing out of the box. Can see more in my future.

Wooooof that's a beaut. I wonder if they'll ever bring back the Dano-style construction. It was really cool.

Re: Reverend Guitars Experiences
It seems like I remember that guy Gearmandude, that demos pedals and amps on youtube, has one. He uses a curly, squigly cable, probably just to annoy the hell out of everyone. But I like his demos, they're straightforward and honest, kind of like JuntNick's.
I know nothing about the guitars, but that can't be a bad endorsement.

The USA-made ones are absolutely amazing. The only reason I don't still have this Wolfman, is I traded it for my ECJM!

Re: Reverend Guitars Experiences
I have a Warhawk 390 that I've played non stop for 10 years. It's an absolute workhorse and still my favourite guitar.
If I were to get another one today it would be the double agent. Cant think of a better rock machine than a P90 in the neck, HB in the bridge combo.

Which double agent model?
The Double Agent OG is the ugliest mismatch of ideas I’ve ever seen.
