Another 1965 sunburst Jaguar
I got myself a jaguar yesterday, neck is stamped mar 65
So it’s a L-series jag, it’s really clean with only a few dents and a second string tree has been mounted on the head stock. Everything electric seems untouched.
The only thing that bugs me is that It came in a brown tolex case which i understand is not typical for that Year?
I’ve seen a few other 65’s with brown cases on reverb so
could it be the original case? No big thing but kind of interesting

Thank You! Its just under 4 kg (swedish measurement) I guess that makes it´s quite heavy, but it feels super nice,
It used to belong to a collector, so I guess it hadn't been set up for playing for a while, I did some adjustments and now it plays like butter

I have a 1962 Jaguar, but a 1965 black/orange case. Sound like you're in Sweden, otherwise I would say that we should swap.

Jaguars are verly rarely below 3.5 kg's. The best Jaguar that I have ever played was also a heavy one with around or just below 4kgsnopro78 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2019 8:10 amThank You! Its just under 4 kg (swedish measurement) I guess that makes it´s quite heavy, but it feels super nice,
