I love the RSD, looks good to me.

I don't like that sharp edge though, looks like a real string mangler. :fp:

I love the look of RSD J bridge. I'd pick up a couple of them if they were available.

I always love how much Megan hates the RSD bridge. It brings a smile to my face. :D

These look like something an engineer came up with. All function, with no thought given to form.

I really like the RSD Jazzmaster bridge. If one day, I order another CS Jazzmaster, it would be on it.

I just dont understand the need for this wraparound bridge. What problem it is supposed to fix.

Well, if you were using it on a Jazzmaster presumably you wouldn’t use it in wraparound formation, I guess it would still function similar to Fender’s RSD.

Maybe it’s trying to solve the problem of the RSD bridge not being available to buy separately, or perhaps to raise the profile of the guy who made it to help him sell more guitars.

I kinda like the look of it aesthetically, but completely agree about the hard edges which would break strings. That isn't worth it in my opinion.

It's clearly for some kind of Gibson-esque stoptail thing. Gives some adjustability to the usual fixed-intonation of the usual options.

But, this thread is 2 years old now, I'm sure whatever guitar that was destined for is somewhere out in the wild by now and either a) loved by the owner or b) pulled off and replaced.
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

Scott Buehl makes these individually himself. Apparently he grew up working with his dad milling custom parts for race cars.

Since this thread has officially been necro'd and people are probably going to make a fuss about how un-Jazzmastery it is, just know that it goes on this guitar:

Hopefully that helps :)
