I know where to send my '65 when I decide it needs some paint!  Curtis' site is fantastic!

You tell her she looks wonderful but she'll just have to wait.

Great thread, this one.

It makes me want to tackle the overhauling of my Jaguar all by my lonesome.

Thanks! I'm sure your '59 will be every bit as cool...

I had nasal surgery in Dec 2004. I was off work for a week, and was really bored. That Jag body happened to show up from Lay's and I went to town on it. I  had gauze shoved up my nose and was on Oxycontin for the whole build. That's mainly why it took me three days instead of just banging it out all at once.

I'll never forget that.  It was the first photo-documentary that I had ever done.  I'm looking forward to doing another on my Nomaster project once completed. It's been three months so far though, instead of three days.

Maybe I should just go back to the doc and have something else roto-rootered so I can stay home and just do it....

;D

The pics here always make me feel warm and fuzzy, followed by wanting to refin my guitars.
Everyone that has similar close ups and detailed shots of their vintage offsets should add them to the site, bilder ist gut ja!
