They're export models with 220v transformers for everyone who isn't America/Canada and possibly Mexico (not sure on that last one).
reverb.

I had a Bassman 'Export' about a year ago. It's a GREAT amp, but I do think it differs from a standard Bassman 50 in some ways. It sound 'stiffer' than the other Bassman amps I've tried, and it stayed clean all the way up to about 7 on the volume knob, even with humbuckers (I know, it could have been something to do with the valves, but still, it was a CLEAN amp and not the crunchy bluesmachine that I was looking for at that time).
As any other Bassman, it loved stomp boxes.
I sort of miss it, though my Headstrong 15w really does everything that the Bassman could do, except on a much more comfortable volume setting.

When it comes to price, I've seen the Export version going for about half the price of an original SF. I payed 3500 NOK (about 600 USD according to todays currency rate) for it and that's about half of the price you've gotta give for a SF Bassman.
Fender's Export versions are not collectible compared to the non-export versions and that reflects the price they're going for.
PTP Fender amps are great modding objects, so a good amp doctor could transform it into a SF/BF and beyond.
