Best Jazzmaster Wiring Kit?
I'm guessing this is the most economical way of doing the whole electronics thing unless something used comes up. So who's is the best bang for your buck?

When I did my Jag, the cheapest way I found (using AVRI equivelant components) was here: http://www.grguitars.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I looked at piecing it together, but this route proved cheaper for me. I went with the "new wiring kit," not the "drop in" or "replacement."
Of course, there may be more options out there for the Jazzmaster.

Jack did well by me:

The price is good, the quality is there, and you can call Jack Hoagland and he answers (and is a nice guy).

Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

I'm interested in their red tort pickguards, but allparts has the same harness for about $10 less- but after shipping, i'll just have to see I guess.the_other_Adam wrote:When I did my Jag, the cheapest way I found (using AVRI equivelant components) was here: http://www.grguitars.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

No jazzmaster kits listed, but it says they don't have it all on their website, I guess i'll just have to call.Larry Mal wrote:Jack did well by me:

I got a full JM harness kit from GR...they are cool, and ship fast. They do also have a lot of nice red tort guards for all Fenders too.

Going to derail my own thread for a moment: do you have an first hand experience with these guards? The price is unbelievable for how nice they look which of course makes me feel like they're probably too good to be true.boss302bass wrote:I got a full JM harness kit from GR...they are cool, and ship fast.
