Help with ohms and amps...

Hello, I just need some help/explanation to figure out what is compatible.

These are the 2  heads

--Fender Bassman 300--
Output-300 Watts @ 8, 4 or 2 ohms

--Orange Thunderverb 200--
Output-200w (RMS)
Speaker-2 x 4 ohms, 2 x 8 ohms (200w) or 2 x 8 ohms, 2 x 16 ohms, 2 x 16 ohms (100w)

1. Can I use this cab for either of the heads and be safe? Will I get the maximum wattage out for each head?

--Orange PPC 412 HP 8--
Output-400 w (RMS), 8 ohms / 2 x 200 w (RMS), 16 ohms

2. Can you help me understand how to figure it out?

I see that the number of ohms match but I am confused when I see "8 ohms / 2 x 200 w (RMS)" and " 2 x 8 ohms (200w)"

wait..... the cab is 400w at 8 ohms right?

if so you could use your bassman head with it switched to 8 ohms.
