Maybe this is just a 'gainy' amp in nature and I'll have to use it alongside the VC :D
The most compact wet/dry rig! You'll be playing stereo worship to a click track any day now

That’s the amp sound I have in my head. Very nice!

That looks and sounds absolutely fantastic - especially the tremolo.

If you don't mind me asking how much did it set you back?

I don't know if what Tony charged me was a special price or anything so I wouldn't want to say. You're better off just messaging him on here or Instagram really, every project is slightly different depending on what options you want.
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

$1450 + shipping was the quote as of 2 weeks ago. Everything is priced currently so if tariffs start affecting shit, the quote is subject to change.

Jesus Christ that's a steal for a custom hand-wired amp.

Most of mine are not terribly expensive, all things considered. I just quoted a 50W head at $1500 as well.

Hmm, must be a "type" around here. 2 of my favorite amps are my bf Basman and drip edge Champ and the Jupiter 8sc is also my favorite speaker...

It was you that turned me on to them! Such a great sound from an 8" :-* surprisingly fat tone.

I'm honored! yeah, it sounds so shockingly just like a much bigger speaker, so deep and full, it really does put to shame any of the internet "truths" about 8" speakers.

Someday, I still want to build my Vibrochamp/Mini Bandmaster idea. More or less, just a Vibrochamp in a headshell but with a matching, closed back, 2x8, piggy back cab. You know what speakers are going in that cab too ;) . Someday...

Not for lack of desire, trying to finish up other projects, pack up my whole existence, finish my house projects, sell the house, move and get divorced. All right now. So... this might be a back burner kind of deal.

On the upside, since cleaning out my workshop, I've had enough space to do some more work on the Hiwatt se4122 that's been sitting there, just glaring at me to finish it.
