+1  on the wood footswich being really cool!

p.s. northern, that mic story gave me a sinking feeling in my stomach just reading it... :'(

The amp is at my tech's place now... The guys there couldn't believe how clean the amp is either... Everything is original down to all the screws and everything... Which is cool, but it also means that quite a thorough overhaul will be necessary. They'll have to change the chord and plug as it is brittle... Re-cap will certainly be in order....and tubes of course..

Anyway, I want the amp to play, I don't care for a museum piece.  :)



Oh, and yes, the wooden footswitch is quite a cool piece in itself!    8)

Im just glad he I didn't see what was there..
