I found the single tone knob to be limiting.  Could just be me - I like a treble and a bass control.  I also found the RR to break up sooner than the RRII, which isn't to my tastes.  Of course it was about ten years between having the RRII and the RR, so I can make more cogent comparisons between the RR and the Gemini I I traded it for.  Personally I like the extra headroom of the Gemini, and the Gemini I comes in a smaller box than the other Geminis since it came stock with a 12" speaker (others have a 15" speaker) but the 15" fits without any permanent modifications, and it's not much bigger than a RRII.  As a side bonus, the Geminis often are cheaper than the RRs since harmonica players like the RRs more than the Geminis so there's less demand for the Geminis.
