3x intup one of them vocal and the other two bass and guitar, should bee good quality but not too high price range  ::)
4x input would also be fine (one extra guitar)  ;D

OK, that would be a PA amp you're looking for, I think. Thing is, a lot of them are shitty for guitar. I hate to sound like a stuck record, but 70s HH PA heads are awesome for all your needs...

God knows what speaker setup you'd use for that little lot though.... ???

The old Sunn and Fender PA systems should work well.
