Some help needed<--Scratchy amp project.

Post by Superfuzz » Wed Mar 26, 2008 6:35 am

Hi all, I have this old,no value SS amp (the first one entered in my house  :'()..I still use it when I've to try my pedals and stuff but now its crappy speaker has turned in a razor blade fuzz thing..SO, My idea was to turn it in a head, while I'm waiting for a cab of any kind (to add powa to my HRDLX)..the point is that: The speaker has no ohm indicated..I've tried measuring it with a multimeter across the two speaker lugs and I got only 10.2 indicated..what does it mean? ???
Then if I even know what kind of resistance it wants, there are some preacautions in drilling the chassis, then...for connecting the two output wires to the jack?
I'm doing something that will go in the "discharge the capacitators" territory?
If so I'll stop to do that immediately..
