It is probably because of power and interference. My tube amps are a little noise. Even new ones.

super. did you try tweaking a bit hot or cold from 37 at idle, then play at volume? sometimes your ear can find some sustainable magic, without running too hot. it can be like ignition timing on an old car. set it to spec, and fine-tune it by ear!HNB wrote: ↑Mon Nov 02, 2020 3:27 pmGot the Mullard power tubes today.
