I picked up tribi9's head that he worked on getting it in shape and it is pretty awesome. Because the watts are lower than a lot of my other amps, I can actually turn it up to 6 or 7 without it pissing off my wife. Tried it out with my Antiquity II Jazzy and it sounds very nice. Has a Fender vibe to it. The tone controls work really well. I have it plugged into my Silverface Twin cabinet. (The amp I turned into a head so I am just using the speakers as a cabinet.) I really like it.
