Bought this from Black Cat Guitars in MA a few years back. Sold it to a good dude in San Diego who recently contacted me to let me know he was moving out of state and wanted to sell it back to me so he could have some traveling cash. I have missed the little bugger. It's a Watts Audio built Supro Model 24 clone. Super well build and modded to accept 6973s and 6CZ5s(basically the same tube but way more affordable). Put inside a 1965 Thunderbolt cab with the baffle modded for a12" speaker. Just pooped in this WGS green beret for kicks. I like it better than the Jensen that was in it.
Needed some work on arrival. The baffle rattled like crazy but I used some wood glue and tooth picks to fill the holes and that seems to have done the trick.
Anyway, sounds fantastic and I am so happy to have this wayward child back in the garage.
