New amp day!
Picking up my new Deluxe Reverb Reissue today on the way home from work. $400! Whoo-hoo! I couldn't be more psyched.
Time to start getting that Silvertone parted out to maintain domestic bliss on the homefront.

Got it home and plugged in the Mustang and it sounded sweet!
Then, I plugged in the JM with the Antiquities.
Wow, now i know what a JM is supposed to sound like!
When I played one at Guitar Center, all they had was a Jaguar HH, and while it sounded good, this is exactly wat I wanted my jazzmaster to sound like when I bought it. I think I have found a partner for life.
Now to decide whether or not to keep a pair of those 60's Jensen 10" Special Designs and buy a 2x10 baffle for the DRRI.

Oh yeah, and I am stoked on the price. I have been watching for one of these to get under $600 locally. This one got listed on CL for $500. I waffled on it for a couple of days and the guy wrote to me today and asked if I would consider $400 cash. Uh, yeah!
