Just made a trade recently and ended up getting a Marshall origin 20 combo amp :) it plays phenomenally well with my cyclone.

I always loved mine. Solid amp for a great price (at least this side of the pond). Almost has a sort of vintage Gibson amp kind of dryness to it. Really dug that amp. How are you finding it works for your needs/desires?

I have an Origin 20 head that I'm running through an Avatar 2x12 with a Greenback and a Celestion G12H75. Killer sounding amp. I get why people complain about them not having enough gain, but for a guy like me who just loves light breakup it's perfect. No issues with it whatsoever.

I have to agree. It’s kind of like a Marshall, a Gibson and an AC30 had a baby. It’s that dryness, that compressed sound that woos me. I get the gain conversation, but most people run pedals anyways.

How you runnin your amp settings wise? I find the tilt knob to be an interesting conversation.

At "o'clock" settings:

Presence: 10
Treble: 12
Mids: 1
Bass: 10
Tilt: 12
Gain: 12/1
