I don't think I'd say that, actually. It's a technique, and like all tools, it's occasionally useful.Killamangiro* wrote: btw Maggieo, you are a big fan of HDR photography right?

Thanks man, I am GREV21 on youtube, it's probably me. I've been posting videos now for about a year. I've added a few new guitars to the collection and should get around to posting some more videos soon.runrunrun wrote:Dude, I think I´m a subscriber on your Youtube-channel...I recognize that gear. Re: Tiny Amp Town
I've got nothing but small amps. A Tiny Terror, a Pro Junior (in head form!) and a tweaked Ruby amp in a MXR-sized enclosure. And a Hiwatt-ish 1x12 loaded with a Red Fang for all of them.

Re: Tiny Amp Town
I have an 80s Fender Champ 12 in red tolex, the one with the RCA tape ins and the pull for mid boost control. It might be the best sounding amp that I have.
I also have a Pro Jr (from the 90s, with the tweed styling) and it sounds pretty good too. I really like putting it through a closed back 4x12. It ends up with a sort of Vox meets Marshall tone. Needs a retube at the moment.

Is it possible to be playing through more than one of these tiny amps at once? What do you need for this -- an A/B pedal?

plug the guitar into input 1 of amp 1. plug in a cable from input 2 of amp 1 into input 1 of amp 2. plug cable from input 2 of amp 2 into input 1 of amp 3... etc.
man you got me dizzy now...

They got designed that way. the inputs can also be used as outputs. It's tried and true.Bakesalee wrote:Why does that work? Is that safe?
