Looking for a 2x12 Cabinet

Hey there.

I just got my hands on a Traynor Bassmaster and I am looking for a 2x12 cab to go with it. It should be 8 ohms, able to get loud without getting flabby in the bottom, sound good with my Jazzmaster (obviously) and not be too pricey (I'd like an Orange, but they're a bit out of my range at the moment).

Any ideas?

Take a look at Avatar.  I've got one of their open-back 2x12s - I like it a lot.  You can mix & match pretty much any combination of Celestion or Eminence speakers.

Good idea - I forgot all about Avatar. I'd prefer something I can actually try out before buying, but this is definitely a good option.

For loud without flabbiness, think G12H30s You can pick up 70's versions for cheap on ebay, very very nice.

If you decide to go with an Avatar cabinet, I can recommend Eminence Tonkers.  They are loud, clean, thick and sound great with a Jazzmaster.

You can get into a pretty killer Soldano for a pretty good price. They are amazing.
