Bias pot or a Bias point?

It shouldn't be a hole, it's the potentiometer you turn to adjust the bias.  You need to use a flat-head screwdriver to turn the shaft, I assume that they didn't use the normal longer shaft ( ;)) so that you wouldn't bump it and screw up the bias.

I'll go with these guys on it being a Bias tuner pot.....

But when I first saw it I thought it was some sort of strange phono Jack, like for an external cab, that was added on

ahhhh...I see...hehe...cool...well, I dunno how to bias amps, so I guess I won't be touching that one :)
