There's a guy selling a Vox cabinet with those speakers at an interesting price but I never heard about this brand so any input would be welcome.
The guys only says they are often found in Hiwatts..

Fanes were definitely used on vintage Hiwatts...the new Hiwatts also feature Fanes...
I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to speakers, but I guess the general idea is that the vintage ones in the Hiwatt cabs are/were pretty good speakers
