I have the combo.  :-[

It's great, and unlike the head, it has reverb. :D

I don't own one, but I extensively played one on more than one occasion.

When I played the combo, I thought the sound was a little too boxy and lacked some punch. Playing the head I noticed that was solved, because of the 2x12 cab. Not having reverb is really not that great of an issue, because Line 6's Verbzilla and EHX's Holy Grail are great answers to that.

Its one great amp.  :)

i played a classic sg through one at guitar center in that sound proof whatever room they have. i loved it. i thought the duo gain knobs were great. i would snatch up a head in a heartbeat if i could afford it. in the blonde tolex, of course...

I played a Super Sonic Combo for a long time last time I was at GC.  Those things are AMAZING!  :?

If they came in a 2-12 combo, I'd own one. 1-12 just isn't enough!  The head+cab is too damn expensive, plus no reverb.

Come on, Fender!  >:(

I have had one for about a year, I have the blond with the matching 4x12 cab.

honestly i have use it in all sorts of combinations of settings but lately i have been using it in its bassman setting.

my biggest gripe? on the clean side (bassman/vibrolux) it only has bass and trebel controlls. also the laque of reverb on the head model is kind of dissapointing.

on the up side, the high gain circut is nice. and the bassman setting has a nice full sound.

i like the amp.

i like, though, that because of this amp line, you can now buy 2x12 and 4x12 blonde/oxblood cabs :D
