One of the deep dive videos mentioned that you can change the output type, and one of them is a stereo pan type of tremolo or slicing. Has anyone tried to get pan tremolo sounds out of it? If it can do a decent PN-2 thing, that would absolutely sell it for me.
Check out the SL-2 manual for all the output options. 5 of them are stereo effects.

It's a fun pedal for making noises, and I like being able to use tremolo in stereo & with tap tempo - unlike my TR-2.

Sweet 8) I feel like that one will take some experimenting and maybe a bit of diving into the manual for me.

It really needs Johnny DeMarco to put it through it's paces.

Figured I'd chime back in with a preliminary take on the SL-2. I'm still not really in command of it, it's a pedal with a lot of options. I suspect I'll ultimately find a setting or two and just use that. A lot of the settings are basically just supercharged tremolos and to meet that's not super interesting. The more "out there" sounds are easy enough to synch once you get a hold of the pedal's tap tempo function and work best, or sound most interesting, when you send guitar synth in.

To that end I've got a Boss SY-1 ahead of it. The SY-1 took the place of my Meris Enzo, which can make good sounds but is utterly infuriating to program/dial in given the need to use "alt" functions on its knobs. It's like you have to have the manual close at hand any time you touch that thing. With my Enzo, it's always been a case of getting a good sound, accidentally moving a dial and never getting it back. Anyway, the SL-2 is promising and as I noted somewhere up the thread, it's not expensive, it's got a small foot print and I'm optimistic for getting something cool out of it.
