I just discovered this.... IMO fascinating to hear McCartney just talk about his music.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching this. It was nice getting to see him relive those songs.

Re: McCartney-3-2-1
I wonderful format, I really enjoyed watching it in bits every night before I went to sleep a few months ago. I love the little backstories like when he or John did pick up a new chord in a guitar store where they heard some guy playing jazzy stuff. The chord then made its way into to a very famous Beatles song and McCartney claims not to know what the chord actually is to this day.

I only know the popular Beatles songs, but there was a track in the middle of this video I'm curious about. It had a droning instrument & busy (maybe overdriven) drums. Paul commented liking the drums. The faders were being messed with so not sure what the song should sound like. I thought it was during the bit when they went to India, but I couldn't find it.

I’m guessing by your description the song is Tomorrow Never Knows?Plumerai wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2023 6:00 amI only know the popular Beatles songs, but there was a track in the middle of this video I'm curious about. The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.
