I love the Cramps. That video is awesome too. There is some other good Cramps footage on Youtube also. There's some great playing on those records too IMO.

...check out Hasil Adkins if your into that - they are by far some of the most bizarre I have ever heard...

He died recently - within the last few years.  I'm still kicking myself for not going to see him in New Orleans when he played the Shim Sham Club a year or so before he died.  At the time I didn't want to make the 6 hour drive but now I would gladly do it to see a truly one of a kind artist.

RE : Hasil Adkins's death - on April 16, 2005 Adkins was deliberately run over in his front yard by a teenager on an ATV... The kid was apprehended by the police, after he had ran over another person with the ATV a short distance down the road from Adkins' house, and Adkins identified him in a picture the police showed him, and on April 26th Adkins was found dead in his home...
