Gazelle Twin did a really good version of that earlier this year, it could almost be AC Marias, which I suppose is highly appropriate.

Enrique Morente & Lagartija Nick - First We Take Manhattan. I love this cover, but I really cannot keep a serious face when I hear them pronounce "Manhattan" with their Andalusian accent... :D
