There's a new side project album out called Nivhek, vinyl isn't here yet but the less patient members of the household have been playing the files. Really beautiful stuff. After its own death / Walking in a spiral towards the house has a scary US post rock style title but fear not there's not it's free of beanie hatted loud bit, quiet bit beard stroke rock. Nit sure what Nivhek refers to, it sound like it a lost city somewhere under Greenland, so I'm going with that.

If you like this record it would be worth your time checking out Glasgow's (Via Finland) Cucina Povera (Maria Rossi) who has a similar indigenous music for a technologically advanced arctic culture feel to it.
