It's incredible. If you've been following them at all these past couple years, they released a record a couple years back called Crack Up that was a bit of a departure from the woodsy, folk vibes. A bit more progressive/complex sounding/more experimental than before. This new record, Shore, is kind of an extension of that record. Very lush instrumentation, creative songwriting, some killer pop melodies, plenty of experimental parts but mixed well enough that it's not jarring, even features a sample of Brian Wilson - I don't even know what else to say. You've got to hear it all the way through. Just released this morning and it's already AOTY for me. Give it a listen if you aren't in the loop.
Standout tracks: "Sunblind", "Featherweight", "I'm Not My Season", "Going-to-the-Sun-Road", "Cradling Mother, Cradling Woman"....all of it. Record is 10/10.

Just listened to it. It’s... ok.
Mainly I just don’t like the production style. The super reigned in pillowy bass and drums with everything stacked on top.
