Because of her awesome autobiography Miki has been "hogging" the limelight of late, perhaps more by consequence than original design. Piroshka are great. I had the pleasure of meeting Miki after a Piroshka gig just before the Covid outbreak. She's a blast.
Emma stayed active longer than Miki and had her own band (Sing Sing) while Miki was effectively "retired" - but eventually quit to be a mum for a while. I guess her kids are "big enough" now.
Good to see Emma back though. Lush thrived on having two songwriters. Loved her Tele deluxe. One of the reasons I got a JM with Cunifes.

Wonder if there are any Lush demos with Emma singing? From what I've read Mikki & Emma would bring songs fully written to the band. I always assumed Mikki wrote the vocal melodies, but Emma's singing on this new song is very Lush-like.
