One of my favorite Seattle bands just put out a cool new record. Given the musical taste of a lot of the folks here I think some OSGers might really dig it. I’m sure there are some references I’m missing, but if you like Souvlaki-era Slowdive, Stereolab, Pure Phase-era Spiritualized, Cocteau Twins, DIIV, etc..: give it a listen. It’s music you really have to just let wash over you like MBV does.

My joke of the day is that Taylor Swift put out a new album, heard the somesurprises record and rushed out a second album later that night.
