Jane Weaver - Modern Kosmology ((Spectral Lines)) This short film is pretty entertaining and fairly gear packed for anyone who hasn't seen it.

This (posted before on the thread) has provided lot of shaving time fun in the mornings, repeatedly. And, I got really obsessed about getting a Mustang competition like the one played here:

Thanks for that! She has some very nice kit. It seems that she plays a lot more on the album than I'd expected, for some reason I thought she would've played most of the keys but got someone else to lay down the guitar parts.
This is weird for me to watch because she very closely resembles someone I work with, same sort of deadpan vocal mannerisms as well, close enough that I feel I should ask if they're related.
David, I know you don't do videos but have you seen the video to
The Architect? Andy Votel has written a short blurb about the South Mancunian modernist architecture in the video, and also mentioned that Jane has tried to apply brutalist/modernist principles to the music-making process. I found it pretty fascinating.

I quite like that, not a total waste of time and money and that's a power couple! I'm pretty cynical about singles derived from albums but the Architect 12' is definitely worth buying or at least getting the digital of especially for the lobeam motorik of the track
'Element'.

New elpee ‘Flock’ is out in the spring and you can preorder and buy the teaser
‘The Revolution of Super Visions’.
Tour announced too if you can think that far ahead...or still have some hope of normality.

Thanks for the heads-up.
Fingers crossed that 'normal service will have been resumed' by next June!
It's quite St. Vincent-y, that new song. Not a criticism!

Really good.
There are some cheap test pressings of hers going on ebay.co.uk if anyone is into that sort of thing.
