I’m in Mullumbimby in Northern NSW, Australia and I’ve been visiting this forum off and on for about 10 years, so firstly, thanks for all of the insights and information I’ve already purloined over all those years!, and thanks also for info you guys might be able to provide for my 66/69 Mustang partscaster, Squire/Fender Jazzmaster and MIJ Jaguar.

Matt, definitely not the right time to be importing anything, pretty much from anywhere at the moment. 60 cents to the $US is a great time (for me anyway) to enjoy what I have already, and just patiently wait out the storm. The Aussie battler always manages to claw its way back at some point!
I was fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time during the halcyon days of the GFC around 2008 - 2010 when the $A went to US$1.10! I made a bit of a pig of myself during that era, so I can’t really complain too loud about it now…
