Hello from the UK

Hi,
I’ve had my Squier VM Bass VI for 4 years and I’ve used the forum for advice on mods in the past but I never joined.
A recent mishap with said guitar has prompted me to join to ask for help but I am hoping that like other forums I’ve been on for a while, I can stick around and dive deep into the offset world, learn, contribute and make friends with some likened minds.
I own a few Fenders but no other offsets and originally I am a Gibson man but I bought the Bass VI after the influences of Joe Perry and Peter Green and I have to say, I love the instrument.
Mainly try to play bass on it but the challenge is half the fun.
I’m up in Greater Manchester in the NW of England.
