It might be cooler with just some black pickups. The combination of gold and silver is too much.

It's a rare occasion that I like gold hardware on a guitar. It's much rarer that I like gold and silver hardware together on a guitar.
This is not one of those times. For either. The black pickup and white trem tip take it to a whole new level, and I'm not talkin' climbing up the ladder here.
