i'm just speculating on how a black guard would look on my CIJ JM.

the CIJ brown tortoise isn't my favorite look.

koyl's Messblaster looked like that...for a while....around thread page 354 or something.  :P
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

I think it even had a bound neck at one point, but it may have been at a different occation than when it had a black pickguard....

Not a bad look, but I'll always love the brown tortoiseshell look on white JMs.

My CIJ B+B VWH - currently in pieces - wil in fact soon become a 'Han Solo Signature Edition'. Although I'm gonna go with black pickup covers. Currently refinishing the neck, deciding on pick-ups, deciding on bridge, etc.

Thanks Techa, now I have to put a storm trooper sticker on the back of it.

Get some of the stickers that Ableton Live 8 gives away.  I have like 20 of them sitting around and they totally look like something that would be on the death star.
