Steven's creations(white-ness inside)
Okay, so I'm not going to lie to you all....
I really like white jazzmasters.
So I've decided to make two jazzmasters that are very similar and simple!
Here they are:
Hope you all approve of them.
P.S. the rosewood/maple could go for either and I wouldn't mind having 4 jazzmasters that look like these^^.
P.P.S. Okay, so I made a few mistakes. The jm with the jazzmaster pickup in the neck is supposed to have a volume knob... and aged tips, but not aged pickups. Strange, I know!

The top one looks really nice. The split pickup in the middle gives a P bass vibe
Times change. Remember when dog Jimmy used to go white and chalky? Now it grows hair! We got used to it. We'll get used to poly. -blueavenger

The bottom one reminds me of this Jagmaster I saw on Google Images:

I've seen that guitar before on google image search.
I believe it belongs to the guy from nerfherder or something like that.

1967? Fender Coronado II with Gretsch KnobsNaturality wrote: http://www.forthoseabouttoshop.com/making-guitars.php Here's the original site
The color of this old guitar is called "Wildwood", because Fender tried this gimmick where they would inject dye into living trees, which they would then use to make ugly guitars out of. People would try anything back then! This guitar has the sort of a scratchy, hollow, cheap, buzzing sound that inspired so many in the late 60's get whacked out on peyote and grow mustaches.

Btw, I'd be using these guitars for some noisy jazz-punk stuff similar to nels cline's music and then everything I like about sonic youth, mbv, wilco, flaming lips, mono, blond redhead, yeah yeah yeahs, and then a whole load of other bands. So there you go. As soon as I have the time and money and motivation, I'd like to build atleast one of these, but I'm in no rush.

Re: Steven's creations(white-ness inside)
Just one question, why is there a pickup selector but no volume control on the lower one? And why is there a pickup selector on the top one?

Not long after making this thread, I edited my first post to answer your questions about the volume knob.
The switch is actually a kill switch and the knob could even be a stacked/concentric knob to handle both tone and volume duties. The dressing room also doesn't allow to NOT have the switch, so yeah...

Lazyness, really.
I also didn't really care all that much.
It's just for fun.
