The first one.
It actually is just the guitar plugged into the interface, no mic. I didn't feel like it. I just picked an amp model in logic and then played it haha. I will get one miced later.

just in case someone searches for another solution people could check out the TASCAM US-122 L
it works with usb 2.0 and 96khz. i've read that it works slowly with 10 audio-layers at the output but i think you can set the resolution as low as you want to get better results..
