Zildjian ZBTs. Opinions?

J i m m y recently acquired a set but hasn't really been able to set them up and properlytry them out. Having only played around with them for a couple of minutes, they seemed kind of... bright. Anyone use(d) them and what was your opinion?

eh i used a set for a while and its so so their sound isnt too great and they are kinda quiet. but if your not playing a med show then it wont matter, i gotta say i love the hi hats though.

Yeah, J i m m y has the 14" hi hats and they sounded decent but they need a more intensive audition.

AND! look for Dream Cymbals online, they're made in China but they sound awesome, a lot like old K's. You can get a brand new set of hats for like $140, and they're absolutely professional quality cymbals. You can get a ride for like $115, and a crash for under $100 if you look around. E-bay is really good for them.

You won't regret it.
