This is a totally custom bass guitar. Originally a Hagstrom 8 string bass turned into a 4 string. Beautiful instrument, pics say it all.

Thinking about taking a swing since it’s only $200 but motherfucker would I love to have an 8 string bass

I dig it as-is. Probably has a great story, and for $200 if it holds tune, GRAB IT.

Yes, it'd be cooler to doink around with an 8-string, but that ship looks to have sailed long ago.

This is a brand new, Fender Mustang custom built here in the USA at MoFo Frets! She is an amazing bad ass guitar. It has a NOS 1967 tremelo setup w/ a Cobain roller bridge/saddle. It has a Fender LSR roller nut, locking tuners, and Seymour Duncan pick ups. This guitar has a one off paint scheme that pics can't do any justice for.
How does shit like this not violate their terms of service in every way what the fuck

It totally does, dude is trying to pass it off as an official custom shop guitar. Report the ad to Reverb.

That’s funny, those necks are really narrow to begin with. I eventually want to send my vintage Harmony Silhouette to Subway Guitars in Berkeley to be refitted with a Danelectro neck, without altering the Harmony body of course. They have a bunch of NOS Danelectro parts and do custom builds with them.

i'm going to steal a joke format from regular car reviews here.

my fender mustang is best ford mustang because i put the car my guitar was named after on the guitar.
