Post by Darknus96 » Thu Sep 29, 2022 3:10 am

Hi guys, i'm starting a vintage competition mustang project, but i have some issues, i would need some measurements for the forearm cut and the stripes, if someone can help me, i couldn't find a lot of information, and another thing: can i install a fender mustang bridge on a 9.5'' radius neck? Or i will get problems? I know it's for the 7.25". Thank you guys, sorry for my english, it's not my mothertongue, have a good day all!

You can get a 9.5" Staytrem bridge that will look correct and be the right radius
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

You can also get a Genuine Fender American Professional Jaguar/Jazzmaster bridge that has 9.5" radius. Fender part# 770-9942-049.

Hello and welcome onboard,
this video is quite useful with both measurements & placement of the stripes:

Are you refinishing a vintage one or is a scratch build?
