That's quite an interesting concept, though - joining the top bout to the bottom curvature. Terrible excution but not the worst design ever?

Looks like the same designer destroys JMs as well.

Did Fender ever make necks with the trussrod adjustment at the headstock? Apart from the Chinese 'Modern Player' series?
He sells them as Fenders for 1290 dollars...
Also the fretboard (greyish like indian laurel) and tremolo and the misaligned decal make me think this is a Squier Classic Vibe.

For sure, that’s not a vintage Jag. I’ve not seen a 70s offset with a headstock truss adjuster (but I’m happy to be corrected), I too suspect that’s a rebadged Squier.

IIRC the MIM Blacktop series from the early 2010s had truss rod adjustment at the headstock.

But yeah, all signs point to a rebadged Squier.

His ebay store is full of dubious stuff passed off as genuine Fender. Surely that's not legal?
He also sticks shielding tape underneath aluminum pickguards... https://www.ebay.com/itm/403695507938?h ... SwDe9imLy~

They did it all the time if I understand this question correctly. CBS era, and every era after that across most every model yeah, had headstock truss access

Ah ok. Guess I've spend too much time in my vintage spec bubble.
