^^ This photo also came from WeBuyGuitars, which is now WellStrung Guitars in New York (and former proprietors of the Songbird Museum in Tennessee).

Given that shop's specialty in uber rare Fender guitars and one-offs, it's entirely possible this was the only D&B XII produced. I'd love to know more.
