my one memory related to any kind of dealings with the steam punk community was a friend dragging me to a con and having to pretend to be her boyfriend because a lot of dudes in their 40's and 50's kept coming onto her. honestly i know furries get a lot of shit but i've had much worse experiences with steam punk folk.

I think the crossover of Steampunk and wannabe inventor/maker is much higher than Steampunk and musician much to the detriment of these poor instruments.
